ENCANTO Newsletter #2 Published: From Approval to Patient Impact
We are pleased to announce the publication of the second ENCANTO Project Newsletter, highlighting the project’s transition from preparation to active clinical implementation. This edition showcases key milestones achieved over the past year, including the start of patient recruitment and treatment across participating clinical centres in Europe.
The newsletter features updates on the ongoing Phase II multicentre clinical trial, explains the personalised N-TEC treatment journey—from nasal cartilage biopsy to knee implantation—and presents the role of digital rehabilitation and long-term patient follow-up.
It also introduces the expansion of the clinical network, reports from the General Assembly meetings in Würzburg and Reggio Calabria, and outlines the next steps for the project.
This issue also highlights ENCANTO’s growing public outreach, including the project’s feature in the international ARTE documentary Arthrosis – New Hope for the Knee.
